This training prepares new Verellen Music Academy instructors to confidently begin teaching private lessons. Teachers will learn VMA’s expectations for lesson structure, student engagement, retention, communication with parents, professionalism, and creating a positive student experience. The goal is to ensure every teacher understands the VMA approach and feels prepared to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons from day one.
